Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grafient platform at grafient.ai (the "Service"), operated by Accelerated Ideas OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may create up to 5 organizations per account.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@grafient.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. The Service

Grafient is a cost tracking and analytics platform for AI and LLM services. The Service allows you to:

• Connect API keys from supported AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, xAI, ElevenLabs, Cursor) to aggregate cost and usage data.
• View dashboards with spend breakdowns, trends, and model-level analytics.
• Set budget alerts to receive email notifications when spending thresholds are exceeded.
• Collaborate with team members within organizations.

4. API Keys & Provider Accounts

• You are solely responsible for the API keys you provide. You must have proper authorization to use each key.
• We encrypt your API keys at rest and only use them to fetch cost and usage data from the respective provider on your behalf.
• We are not responsible for charges incurred on your AI provider accounts. Grafient is a read-only monitoring tool and does not make inference calls or create resources using your keys.
• If a provider's API changes, becomes unavailable, or rate-limits your key, we are not liable for gaps in data collection.

5. Plans & Billing

5.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes up to 2 integrations, 1 budget alert, 30 days of cost history, and 1 organization member. No credit card is required.

5.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans (Pro and above) are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5.3 Cancellation & Downgrades

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Upon cancellation, your organization will be downgraded to the Free plan. Cost data beyond the Free plan's retention period (30 days) will be automatically deleted.

5.4 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@grafient.ai.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service beyond normal usage.
• Provide API keys that you do not have authorization to use.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by Accelerated Ideas OÜ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service (API keys, organization names, etc.).

8. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability & Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that cost data will be complete, accurate, or available at all times. Data depends on third-party provider APIs that are outside our control.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accelerated Ideas OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Accelerated Ideas OÜ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@grafient.ai.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
